Travelled with my daughter, spent 1 night here and had an amazing stay. The staff were affable, helped with any issues. This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to Callao and Puerta del Sol. the staff were very friendly and helpful with any issues we had. the hotel's location in the heart of Madrid, next to Callao and Puerta del Sol, was perfect for exploring the city.

The location is great and amazing, with a vast pedestrianized public square just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It is conveniently situated near Callao and Puerta del Sol metro stations, the airport, and other attractions.

The stylish double room had a lovely big terrace, a great shower, and a comfortable bed as promised, the staff were amazingly nice, affable and provided exceptional service.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, complete with all the accessories you need. The shower is fantastic, with amazing pressure that will wash away all your stress. The staff is really friendly and helpful, ensuring that you feel welcome and taken care of during your stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is great for visiting the major attractions. It is conveniently close to metro stations and a department store. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and work desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The private bathroom was nice.

We loved the hotel's central location on a pedestrian street close to everything in the heart of this city. The modern and pretty hotel facilities included a good shower with amazing pressure, powerful AC, and a mini fridge with a wine tray. We enjoyed the cozy cafe that is connected to the hotel for breakfast. The staff was exceptional, really friendly and nice, and very helpful with calling us a taxi to the airport.
